Prototype note for Ben: this recreates the real pop-up quiz from the homepage (same 8 questions, same branching — e.g. saying you already have an attorney you intend to keep skips straight to the results form, just like on the live site). I did not submit the real one on your live site to see, since that would create a real lead and I don’t know what happens after — what the confirmation says, or what the 17hats automation actually is. Submitting this copy creates a new Lead below in the CRM with their answers attached, so you can see the hand-off. Tell me the real post-submit behavior and I’ll wire it in.
